Joel
Owner
Joel and his brother Nathan started B&B over 30 years ago. They started out in a small Texaco gas station and evolved B&B to what we have today. He has also been very active in the community with the Chamber of Commerce where he was President, BNI in which he has held many offices, has been the recipient of numerous awards, and held National offices when NW Auto Care Alliance was Automotive Service Association. He has been instrumental in getting an apprentice program established in Washington and in the Automotive Training Expo to keep technicians up to date on their mechanical skills. Joel is slowly fading into retirement!
Mieke Anderson
Shop Administrator and Future Shop Owner
Mieke (pronounced “Meeka”) has been with us for a little over a year now. She is learning all about the industry and her role as the new shop administrator. Her and her husband, Jeremiah Anderson, will be the future owners of BNB Auto Repair. Our desire is to continue the family traditions and the relationships with the community of Kitsap County.
She was born and raised right here in Bremerton, Washington. She is a mother of 3 beautiful boys. Her oldest, Owen Anderson, is currently a technician at BNB Auto Repair. Our hope is that he will carry on the business for all our future customers for generations to come.
She would like to thank you for your continued support.
Jeremiah
Certified ASE Master Technician and future Owner
Certified ASE Master with over 20 years of experience in automotive industry. He is certified to work on Electric and hybrid vehicles. He’s been a great addition to our staff and enjoys working on foreign as well as domestic vehicles. Jeremiah prides himself on quality workmanship. Jeremiah and Mieke will be the future owners of BNB Auto Repair. Our hope is to continue the shop traditions. Jeremiah loves the outdoors. He is always caught camping, hunt and fish with his family.
Tom
Certified ASE Master Technician
Certified ASE Master with multiple certifications and over 30 years of industry experience. Tom is our shop lead and assures that everyone is doing their job according to our high standards. He tackles our largest jobs and is often found after hours working on a vehicle to make sure it is ready on time for the customer. He spends most of his free time attending his children’s sporting events and is a BSF Children’s leader at his church.
Steve
Certified ASE Master Technician
Steve is our newest member. With over 20 years of industry experience, you’ll often find him working on European vehicles. Steve is extremely passionate about the automotive industry. He enjoys spending time with his family. Steve was born and raised right here in Kitsap. He is a father of twins. Loves camping, and having epic bon fires. We are excited to have him be a part of the team.
Jon
Service Advisor
After serving in the US Army for 8 years, Jon has been in the automotive industry for over 16 years. Over 10 years in the dealership environment and 6 as a Service Director and many in the independent field as well. He’s received 3 President’s Awards for his outstanding customer service with American Honda. Because of his love of the outdoors, he enjoys hunting and fishing, he’s lived in the Kitsap area for over 20 years and plans to retire here. He has a strong connection to the community and is dedicated to getting the job done right the first time.
Lena
Service Advisor
Lena has been in the auto industry since 2004 with experience in dealerships and independents. Her expertise in Customer Service and her energy have made her an ideal part of our team. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching sporting events, and getting out on her paddle board when she can.
Owen
Technician
Having finished our Apprenticeship program, Owen graduated this year 2024. And now has his Assoicates Art degree as a Master Technician. He has been with us for over five years. Owen is passionate about diesels. He plans to become a Master Technician so he’s busy obtaining his ASE's. And just like his father, Jeremiah, he loves to fish, hunt, and ride dirt bikes! Owen is a great addition to the team. And we are truly blessed to watch him achieve his goals.
Chandler
Production Facilitator
Chandler sees to it that the shop is clean and spends his time doing the many tasks assigned to him. It might not be the most glamorous job, but it a very important one and he does it with a smile on his face and a can do attitude.
