We took our motor home in to have the shocks replaced and a safety stabilizer installed. They did a great job and made sure that the stabilizer was adjusted perfectly. Thank you for taking the time to make sure everything worked properly. Highly recommend

Chose this place due solely to the location for an emergency diagnosis and repair after the rear differential support bolt on my Hyundai Genesis broke, which caused excessive wear on the driveshaft coupler (Thank you B&B Auto for the quick and concise diagnosis).

Long story short, I got my car back WEEKS before we expected due to Lena and the mechanical staff's hard work and perseverance. I haven't ran into any problems I can correlate to their work in the 3 or so weeks since getting it back.

They did have a couple hurdles to jump to service my vehicle and I am glad they handled it professionally and integrity.
To no fault of the shop or it's staff, the manufacturer of my car made it difficult to order the exact parts needed (limited parts produced and most being overseas), and because the parts weren't sold separately from the entire assembly, it cost more than expected by both me and the shop. However Lena was able to help me explore all alternative options and considered the 3rd party websites I mentioned for aftermarket parts. After much research she was able to get me the lowest price for a quality replacement and my car has been driving better than ever since.

Couldn't be happier with the customer service and auto repair. Everyone was very nice and helpful, price was totally fair, and they wanted to make sure there wasn't more issues than I realized before doing any work. They were able to squeeze us in at 4 on a Thursday and worked late to finish the job.
